I. HOW TO OPEN SKYPE MESSENGER WHEN THE STUDENT IS NOT ONLINE

     To open Skype messenger, hover your mouse over your student’s name in your list of contacts. A green “video call” button will appear. Click on the down arrow. A drop down list will appear. Choose “Instant Message”.

II.  HOW TO OPEN SKYPE MESSENGER WHEN YOUR STUDENT IS ONLINE

  

     Once your call has started, to open Skype messenger, click anywhere on the Skype box. In the bottom right hand corner you will see a white message bubble. Click that to open messenger.
